Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products we have a no refund policy. We are glad to switch you to a different product within the first 7 days after receipt of the product. This will ensure that you will get the right product for the job. Most tape or telephone recorders have a 6 month warranty, but many have a 1 year. Our cameras have a 6 month warranty. In the event you receive defective merchandise, please call us at (888) 258-1180 to obtain a return authorization number. Any shipment we receive from customers without a valid RA# will be refused without question. Please write this RA number on the outside of your package.
